The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the addition of energy recovery ventilation systems, air distribution and exhaust ducts, outdoor air intakes, electrical coils, and all other related work at the Ste-Catherine Armoury in Westmount.

All Consultant/Contractor personnel, including employees of Sub-Contractors/Sub-Consultants at all tiers, who attends the site visit must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Consultant/Contractor will be required to carry proof of vaccination and verifications may be carried out by DCC or the DND/CAF at any time.
Tenderers will be required to communicate by e-mail with DCC’s point of contact identified in this notice, no later than January 7th, 2022, at 12 p.m., to register for the non-mandatory site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 1 050 000.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 336 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
