The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to for the repair of the exterior masonry cladding, the roof, the protective elements, including the scaffolding required to carry out the work and all other related work at Belvedere Armoury, Sherbrooke (Qc).

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of 680 000$.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than August 22nd, 2022 after notification of contract at the exception for phase 1 that must be completed by December 15th, 2021 and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
