The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to to monitor the monthly, semi-annual, annual and five-year maintenance program, as well as the performance of inspection, maintenance, cleaning and repair work on the emergency power systems of Montreal and St-Hubert Garrisons.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193S), paragraph 5.
We understand that the work will begin on January 11, 2019 and must be completed no later than January 10, 2020. There will be a possibility of extension of four (4) additional periods of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions, if mutually beneficial to both parties. The successful tenderer will be notified thirty (30) calendar days before the expiry of the contract as to whether the option to extend the contract will be implemented.

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
