The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to investigate anomalies over a two-year period, remove and dispose of the items creating the anomalies (including detonating projectiles), and carry out geophysical surveys at Lac St-Pierre, Nicolet (Quebec).

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
