Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT/URT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below for all new RFQs.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at Montreal Garrison and other sites (St-Hubert, Laval, Nicolet and several armories), for a period of two (2) years firm with two (2) extensions of one (1) year each.
Prequalification will be for the following category of service:
1) General Contractor
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300 000.00.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
THIS PROJECT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT.
The Contractors who meet the minimum criteria of the Request for Qualifications and are in possession of Designated Organization Screening (DOS) will be selected first to be included on the Source List (Group A) for possible immediate commissions under Group A. The Contractors who meet the minimum criteria of the Request for Qualifications and have applied for Designated Organization Screening (DOS) will be placed on a second Source List (Group B) while they complete the application process. Once the Security Requirements are met, these companies could then be added to the Group A Source List and be offered commissions under that Source List. In the meantime, and where security requirements exist on specific commissions, those commissions will be offered only the companies who have valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) (Group A).

The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time.
Only Request for Qualifications received before March, 29th, 2018 at 14:00 hours, local time at the closing location indicated below, will be considered for this QRT/URT Source List. Faxed or emailed submissions WILL BE accepted.
