The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for snow removal work on the road network and its parking lots, i.e., clearing, de-icing and disposal of snow and ice from roads, parking lots and parking lot rain grates.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 5,730,000.00 for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year extensions. (Possible value of $ 15,000,000.00.)
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
