The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the construction of an extension of the existing medical and dental clinic, with a dimension of approximately 6,500 m2 and aiming LEED V4 Silver certification, located at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Valcartier, Quebec.

**Tenderers are advised that it is mandatory to wear a mask during the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $21,000,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 1090 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
