The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to renovate the cleanroom in the L-10 building and all other related work mentioned in the plans and scope of work in attached.

* Due to the actual COVID-19 pandemic situation, DCC will limit to one the number of tenderers present simultaneously on site. Tenderers wishing to visit the site may request a site visit by emailing the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned on above before June 1st, 2020 5:00 PM. Only one representative of the tenderer may attend the visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of 560,000.00$
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 187 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of the Industrial Security Sector (ISS), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
