The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to partially demolish existing buildings, interior alteration of existing buildings and construction of extensions adjacent to the existing one.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 364 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in
Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
