DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – TRA21001_CN75082 – General Construction – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA)
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups for General Construction Services in support of minor construction and repair at CFB Trenton. Generally this will involve general construction, repairs, maintenance and minor renovation services. Building types include hangars, general office complexes, churches, living quarters, classrooms, training facilities, industrial and technical workshops, equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities, supply and storage warehouses and other military facilities.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $300,000 for the initial term (from date of award through to March 31, 2022). Two additional one-year extension opportunities exist, for an estimated overall opportunity of $900,000 if fully extended.
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of RELIABILTY, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
