The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for asbestos abatement of HVAC insulation in Building VC31. Work also includes the re-insulation of abated piping.

This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

Tenderers are advised that Contract security must be provided in accordance with Section 12 of the Instructions to Tenderes for Electronic Bidding (DCL193E).
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 35 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
