DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN149954_CN64355 – VB19 Upgrade Lighting System – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace lighting fixtures and suspended ceilings throughout Bldg. VB19, including emergency lighting.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

A site meeting has been arranged for the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this site meeting.

In order to attend this site meeting, all Contractors will be required to supply the following information for all persons attending the site visit : Surname, Initials, Organization, Drivers License#, Security Clearance. This information must be emailed to KNcontracting@dcc-cdc.gc.ca by 1:00 p.m. on November 3, 2016.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $396,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 126 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
