DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HASBN42_CN64929 – Shingle Replacement, Metal/Brick Chimney Removals, and Fire Separations – Borden, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to for the removal and replacement ofshingled roofs (25 units) including new attic baffles. Chimney removals including ninety (90) metal flue type chimney, brick roof chimney removals (87 units) and 217 fire separations.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $545,500.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than March 9, 2018 and that the Work must reach Completion no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Furthermore, the 25 units requiring roof replacement must be completed by November 17, 2017, and a minimum of an additional 173 units must be completed by December 17, 2017.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
