The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for masonry restoration at Building R33 LaSalle and R32 Yeo Hall. Work includes full replacement, partial repairs and repointing. Some window replacement and mechanical work is also included.

This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
