Please note this is a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to add Contractors to an existing QRT/URT Source List. Contractors that are already pre-qualified for this Source list are not required to re-apply.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications from local contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Source list for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at CFB Kingston for a period of two (2) years.
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
The RFQ closing date is: January 12, 2017
The RFQ closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time.
Request for Qualifications received before January 12, 2017 at 14:00 hours, local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list. Faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted.
Note: If Contractors choose to forward their submission via Canada Post, they must be advised that Canada Post does not deliver directly to the Defence Construction Canada office; therefore additional time must be given in order for the submission to reach its intended destination.
