DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAVTR80_73236 – Two Storey Recap (C & H Styles) – Trenton, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the renovation of Residential Housing Units, located at CFB Trenton. Work on this project comprises of the renovation of ten (10) Residential Housing Units (RHUs), Type C (8 units) and Type H (2 units), with a current gross floor area of 83 m² and 91 m² respectively. The unit to be renovated is a one and one half (1 & 1/2) storey, which is being renovated to a full two (2) storey RHU with new gross floor areas of 111.4 m² and 120.6 m². The general scope of the project will include interior renovation to kitchen/dining room, living room, bedrooms, including the addition of a second floor bathroom. It also includes removal of hazardous materials, demolition of the existing bedrooms and roof, new second floor and roof framing, drywall replacement, upgrades to insulation, mechanical and electrical systems.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 224 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
