DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA055109_83087 Painting Services – Request for Standing Offer Agreement, Garrison Petawawa
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” Painting services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for Garrison Petawawa.
The SOA will be for the period of award date of SOA through to March 31, 2025, with a maximum estimated value of $ 50,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional one-year period and increased in the order of $100,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 3,000.00 and $ 15,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 25,000.00.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Standing Offer Agreement Documents (DCL330e).
