MAINTENANCE AND MINOR IMPROVEMENT SERVICES ON RESIDENTIAL HOUSING UNITS AT CFB Borden, Ontario, PROJECT # HATBN02
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) on behalf of the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) is calling for the submission of offers for Plumbing (PL) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HA) services in residential housing units at CFB Borden, Ontario.
The work will be done under a Standing Offer (SO) on an "as requested" basis. The SO will be in place from April 1, 2018 through to March 31, 2019, with an option to extend for one (1) additional one-year period.

The estimated amount that could be called up against the proposed standing offer would be approximately $400,000.00 for one year of the SO. If Canada exercises its option to extend the standing offer the estimated amount may be adjusted based on local requirements and budget.
