DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAWTR61_75377 – Minor Recap - CC Interior Retrofit – Trenton, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to renovate semi-detached housing units identified as CC Style Housing units at CFB Trenton. Work on this project comprises the renovations of ten (10) Residential Housing Units (RHUs), Type CC, with a current gross floor area of 83 m², located in the residential housing site of CFB Trenton. The unit to be renovated is a one and one half (1&1/2) semi-detached. The general scope of the project will include interior renovation and reconfiguring to kitchen/bathroom and removal of masonry chimney from basement through roofline and reinstatement of effected finishes. Included also in scope of work will be relocation of kitchen window and placement of beam to span over new kitchen.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 182 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. We understand that the Work must be complete in accordance with the timelines detailed in Specification Section 01 00 00, paragraph 1.8.2 Special Site Conditions.
