DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN21SOA2_CN74816 – Mechanical Contractor Services – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for mechanical contractor services on an as needed basis under a Standing Offer Agreement in support of CFB Kingston. Work may include reactive and preventative repairs, modifications and minor installations for the Base’s mechanical systems located at CFB Kingston, including Royal Military College (RMC), Fort Frontenac, and Kingston Armoury.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $700,000 for the initial term (from date of award through to March 31, 2023). Two additional one-year extension opportunities exist, for an estimated overall opportunity of $1,450,000 if fully extended.
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
