DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN19ST01_69871 – Materials Testing and Inspection – Kingston, Ontario
Work under this standing Offer (SO) includes material testing and inspection services as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with the scope of services detailed in the contract documents.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The period for making Call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer is for two (2) years from the date of the establishment of the SO. If mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Standing Offer may be extended for one (1) one year period under the same terms and conditions.
The maximum amount that can be expended under this Standing Offer (during the first 2 year period) is $100,000.00. If extended for an additional one year period, the maximum amount that can be expended is and addititonal $50,000. Individual call-ups against this Standing Offer must not exceed $15,000. Average call-ups are anticipated to be valued between $2,000 and $5,000.
