HQ3009GO – Material Testing & Inspection Services MPC – Petawawa, Ontario
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes material testing and inspection services as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups in support of the Mattawa Plains compound in Petawawa, Ontario. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with the scope of services detailed in the contract documents. This project contains security requirements.

The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for a three (3) year period, with an initial maximum limit of $100,000. The SOA includes an additional option year period and the option to increase the limit by an additional $100,000.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
