DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – BN300036_67337SC – Material Testing & Inspection Services – CFB Borden and 4CDTC Meaford, Ontario
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes material testing and inspection services as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with the scope of services detailed in the contract documents.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The Standing Offer Agreement is for a two (2) year period with one additional (1) year option term. The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer Agreement is $200,000.00 for the initial term, with an additional $50,000.00 for the optional one (1) year term, and a maximum call-up limit of $25,000.00.
