DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN189911_72953 – MB69 and MB38 Electrical Upgrade – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for electrical upgrades to Bldgs. MB69 & MB38 at CFB Kingston. Work includes excavation, transformer removal and replacement, conduit and electrical work, concrete work and landscape restoration.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $550,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 119 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Tenderers are advised that onsite Work at both MB69 and MB38 which requires building occupants to be vacant including, but not limited to, removal of existing transformer, reconnection of new transformer, removal and replacing of MCC, splicing of temporary circuits, and reconnection of temporary circuits to original panels, may not proceed prior to December 14, 2020 and must be completed by January 1, 2021.
