DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN209917_77140 – MB69 Roof Repair – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove the existing roof system, including skylights, disconnect affiliated mechanical system, repair roof/wall, reconnect mechanical including fan feeder system and replace roofing.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 175 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
