DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – IE000666_76694 – Interior Renovations at the Health Services Centre – Petawawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the selective interior demolition of building walls, doors, ceilings for access to mechanical and electrical services. Mechanical work including fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC ductwork and piping, hydronic and EMCS systems. Electrical work including wire cable backboxes, conduits, lighting, network lighting control and telecommunications. Structural steel supports in ceiling cavities. Construction of partition walls and gypsum board ceilings. Provision of wood doors, handwash sinks, stainless back splashes and corner guards, storage rack systems, acoustic ceilings.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
