DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA17610_CN64320 – Interior and Exterior Renovations to Residential Units – Petawawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the total replacement of the interior and exterior of 6 residential housing units of various styles. The units were built in the 1950's and are being reconfigured to bring them up to contemporary standards. There are various styles of housing including three bedroom, two storey units; three bedroom 1 1/2 storey units; four bedroom 1 1/2 storey units; and four bedroom semi-detached units. Work includes demolition, abatement, flooring, drywall, plumbing, cabinetry, insulation, mechanical and electrical work, windows, doors, siding and roofing.

Bidders are advised that bid security is required when specifically called for through the Electronic Bidding System. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than March 24, 2017 and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
