DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HAUBN20_70450 – Heating/Plumbing Cleaning & Inspection - Various RHUs – Borden, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the cleaning and inspection of 619 gas fired furnaces, 619 A/C units, 67 hot water on demand units, 552 hot water tanks, 50 heat recovery ventilators, 50 sump pumps and 1,747 smoke/CO detectors in residential housing units located at CBF Borden, Ontario. The contract includes an option for an one additional annual service period.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $220,000.00 per year, for an overall estimated amount of $440,000.00.
The Work for the intial term must be completed no later than November 15, 2019. If mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Service Contract may be extended for one (1) additional annual service period, to be completed between the period May 1 and October 15, 2020, under the same terms and conditions.
