The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the demolition and site restoration to a green field of two (2) kitchen/dining buildings and associated infrastructure. T116 is a single storey brick building complete with partial basement, approximately 2286 m². A513 is a single storey brick building complete with partial basement, approximately 3322 m². New trees and sidewalk are required.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 119 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 42 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Bidders are advised that no work is to proceed on site until after April 3, 2018.
