DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. TRA24001_81805 – General Construction Standing Offer Agreement, CFB Trenton, Ontario
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of all necessary labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material for minor construction and repairs, reactive and preventative repairs, modifications, minor installations and inspections for all buildings, structural, architectural, electrical and water utility systems located at CFB Trenton, Ontario, on an as and when required basis in the form of Call-ups in support of Real Property Operations Detachment Trenton.
The SOA will be for a period from the date of award of the SOA until March 31, 2025 with a maximum estimated value of $200,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one year periods and increase in the order of $200,000 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 25,000.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
