DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. KN229967_79241 – Flat Roof Inspection, Testing & Maintenance (ITM) – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to undertake the inspection, testing and minor repair (ITM) services related to, Flat Roof Systems at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston, Ontario, which includes Fort Henry Heights, Fort Frontenac, McNaughton Barracks, Vimy Barracks, the Royal Military College (RMC), Brockville Armoury and Kingston Armoury. This contract will cover approximately 70 buildings with an approximate total gross roof area of 132, 200 square meters.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid FSC SECRET clearance issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
NOTE: There is no scheduled site visit for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $900,000.00 (inclusive of all option years). The initial term of service is for a 42 month period with the option to extend for one additional two-year period.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
