The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide designated substance and hazardous material abatement services at CFB Kingston and the Brockville Armoury.

The SOA is for a two (2) year period with an option to extend for 1 additional year. The estimated value of this opportunity is $150,000 per year, with an overall maximum value of $450,000 (including option year).
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 728 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 1 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
