KN16ST02_SC64606 – Material Testing & Inspection – Kingston, Ontario
Work under this standing Offer (SO) includes material testing and inspection services as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with the scope of services detailed in the contract documents. This project contains security requirements.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer is $150,000.00 and the maximum value per call-up will be $50,000.00. The majority of call-ups are anticipated to be valued between $2,000 and $5,000.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
