DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – TRA18001 – General Construction – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), 8 Wing Trenton, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide general construction and/or renovation work under a Standing Offer Agreement on an “as and when required basis” for various projects at 8 Wing Trenton, Ontario. Generally this will involve general construction, repairs, maintenance and minor renovation services. Building types include hangars, general office complexes, churches, living quarters, classrooms, training facilities, industrial and technical workshops, equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities, supply and storage warehouses and other military facilities. This will include infrastructure services for the buildings such as data and communications, steam and/or natural gas, electrical power, water, sanitation, site drainage, landscaping, parking areas, etc.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $300,000.00 for the first year; with the work to be split 60/40 between the two (2) highest ranking, compliant bidders. Extension opportunities exist for two additional 1-year periods. The estimated overall value of this opportunity, if fully extended is $900,000.00.
Selected contractor(s) will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
