DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN209906_73327 – Backflow Preventer ITM - Inspection, Testing and Minor Repairs – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for services related to the inspection, testing and repair of the backflow preventers at CFB Kingston and RMC. The initial term of service is for a 3-year period with the option to extend for up to 2 additional 2-year periods.
DCC is committed to working with all Contractors as we progress through the pandemic. Please be advised that DND has updated their building access procedures with a new COVID-19 screening questionnaire to be completed prior to entering any building at CFB Kingston, including the Royal Military College, Kingston Armoury and Brockville Armoury. All contractors and their staff must follow the posted requirements to enter the CFB Kingston base buildings. In particular, if a person has travelled outside of Ontario in the past 14 days, they may not enter the workplace which includes any outdoor, or partially outdoor workplaces. The questionnaire will be posted at the entrance of each building. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the DCC Contract Services Representative listed on this Notice.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of the Industrial Security Sector (ISS), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
