DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – BN202919_72275 – FFTA Soil Remediation – Borden, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for soil remediation of the Canadian Forces Fire Fighting Training Area (FFTA), CFB Borden. Work includes construction of a containment cell, excavation of contaminates soils, decommissioning of above and below grade infrastructure and disposal of PFAS contaminated water from two treatment lagoons and effluent pond.

We understand that the Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than November 30, 2021 and that the Work must reach Completion no later than January 4, 2022. Furthermore, Work must be completed per the schedule of milestones outlined in the specification section 01 11 00, paragraph 1.6, Work Sequence.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
