The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) services of the elevators located at Station Alert for a two (2) year period, with an option to extend for two additional one year periods.
This project contains security requirements.
This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement

The overall estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $325,000.00 (including option years).
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised project budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000.00. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193S), paragraph 5.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
