Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services: VR16EXP2, Major plumbing and heating upgrade of two (2) buildings VC-505 and VC-534, Valcartier Garrison (Québec)
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide, but not limited, to the following services:
- Land surveying and data collection;
- Hire the require sub-consultants to complete the projects;
- Consult archival plans and DND documents;
- Cost estimate and work schedule;
- Study at 30%
- Plans et specifications at 75%, 95% and 100%;
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $4,500,000.
A site meeting has been arranged for the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.
