RFAP – Environmental Consultant Services for Soil Excavation, Drilling and Groundwater Sampling, Shea Heights, St. John’s, NL.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide professional services specific to this Department of National Defence (DND) project, which will be located at Shea Heights, St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador.
Environmental investigation in the area of the Shea Heights Tank Farm, have identified soil, groundwater and sediment impacts. Following site remedial activities it was determined that further work is required to achieve Provincial site closure. The objective of this contract is to achieve Provincial site closure through the phased approach described in RFAP Section 1.3.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.
