Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Professional Services:
AC181902, Airfield Engineering Services – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), Various Locations across Canada
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services: “as and when required” Airfield Engineering Services to the Department of National Defence in various locations across Canada.
The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select one (1) firm, who will sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis for a period of three (3) years from establishment with a value of $450,000.00 for the initial period.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in value in the order of $525,000.00 for each additional period.
Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $45,000.00 and $150,000.00; the maximum value of a Call-up is $275,000.00.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
