Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Consulting Services – Technical UXO Services: N000437, Geophysical Survey, Nicolet, Quebec
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services:
Conduct a 100% geophysical survey over a total area of 400 ha over a 3 year period, in order to locate, analyze and identify anomalies into their selective priority groups according to their potential to be projectiles. This contract may be extended for a two one-year period if mutually beneficial between DCC and the consultant.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The estimated cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $ 3,300,000.00.
