Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Design and Construction (Modified Design Build): HQ001262 - Air Force Expeditionary Capability (AFEC) Multi-purpose facility, 2 Wing, Bagotville, Quebec.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Design-Builders to provide the following professional services:
the design and construction of a new multi-purpose facility to meet the operational requirements of the Air Force Expenditure Capability (AFEC) located at 2 Wing Bagotville, Quebec.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
A site visit will take place at the following date, time and location:

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Document.
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $67M.
