Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Source List Designated Substance and Hazmat Environmental Consultant Services, various locations across Ontario.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements across Ontario at various locations.
The objective of this RFAP is to select five (5) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $3,000,000 for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $500,000.00 at any time. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $5,000 and $30,000; the maximum value of a commission is $100,000.
The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The five (5) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element will be invited to be included in the source list.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
