HASTR99 - Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Design-Build Residential Housing Units for Canadian Forces Housing Agency

Defence Construction Canada is inviting design-build firms to submit Proposals for the design and construction services specific to this Canadian Forces Housing Agency project.
The Design-Builder will be required to provide the necessary services for the complete design and construction of all aspects of the project. The required services include, but may not be limited to the following: design documents for the residential housing units; construction of seven (7) detached and four (4) semi-detached (two (2) buildings) residential housing units; construction of foundations and associated landscaping; site base preparation (removal of organic materials and placement of granular materials); connecting the residential housing units to all utilities (including laterals for municipal infrastructure) in coordination with the municipality.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
