Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Civil Engineering Consulting Services – Source List (SL): PAC17SL2, various location in British Columbia.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: preparation of a Statement of Requirement or Construction Requirements, Options Analysis, Preparation of Concept, Design Development, Preparation of Construction Documents or Performance Specifications, Tender Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the two (2) proponents with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
The maximum estimated value of this SL is in the order of magnitude of $1,500,000.00 for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $500,000.00.
