Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals: Standing Offer for Stone Conservator Services, CFB Kingston, Ontario

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the commissions will be managed, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in Ontario, primarily at CFB Kingston, Ontario.
The objective of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to select one (1) firm, who will sign an SO with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $1,800,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $300,000.00 at any time.
Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $50,000.00 and $300,000.00; the maximum value of a Call-up is $300,000.00.
The SO is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
