Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Consulting Services:
MCLQ2017, Environmental characterization, Schefferville and Lac Pau (Caniapascau).
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services: provide the necessary environmental services in order to conduct environmental characterization.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The estimated services cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $500 000.00.
