Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Civil Engineering Consulting Services – Source List (SL): ED17SL04, various location in Alberta.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Architectural and Engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: preparation of a Statement of Requirement or Construction Requirements, Options Analysis, Preparation of Concept, Design Development, Preparation of Construction Documents or Performance Specifications, Tender Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the four (4) proponents with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Procurement Documents.
The maximum estimated value of this SL is in the order of magnitude of $2,500,000.00 for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased by $1,250,000.00 each extension.
