DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project WA144011 – Refurbish Tower T86, Shirley’s bay, Ottawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for refinishing of the existing metal components, replacement of all fasteners, replacement of the Fixed Rail Ladder (FRL) fall protection system and replacement of the existing electrical feeder cable powering the hoist system.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 165 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
