DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. SL12006I – New Roof and Wall Cladding Building L-110, CFB Shilo, Manitoba.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of material, labour, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to remove the existing modified bitumen roof membrane, insulation and vapor barrier, install new vapour barrier and to construct a wood frame roof and install new cladding at Building L-110 at RPOU (West) Detachment Shilo, CFB Shilo, Manitoba.
Tenderers are advised that this procurement has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). The Tenderer must certify in its tender that it is an Aboriginal Business or eligible joint venture, as defined in this competition and in the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Contracting Policy Notices on Aboriginal Business Procurement.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $399,000.00
Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 266 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
